Chipton-Ross is seeking 2 Aircraft Painter A's for a contract opportunity in Jacksonville, FL.
This position is 100% onsite.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS (REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE):
2 years of experience in the application and removal of aircraft paint coatings, adhesives, and sealants.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
Prepares exterior surfaces of aircraft for painting. Makes necessary patterns, performs layout, and applies prescribed primers, paints, and finishes to exterior aircraft surfaces. Applies aircraft finishes and external markings to aircraft sections.
DESIRED EXPERIENCE:
5 years of experience preferred in the painting, coating, and sealing of aircraft.
REQUIRED EDUCATION:
Accredited HSD/GED. Education/experience typically acquired through basic education and typically 1 or more years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g., vocational school/Associate).
WORK HOURS:
Monday through Friday, 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM
