Job Title: 2nd Shift Warehouse Lead

Location: Mesa, AZ

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM + Overtime

Pay: $22.00 – $24.00 per hour

Job Summary

Eastridge is now hiring a 2nd Shift Warehouse Lead for a growing sanitary supply manufacturer in Mesa, AZ . We are looking for a reliable, hands-on leader to oversee evening warehouse operations, coordinate team activities, and help ensure accurate and efficient order processing.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support a team of warehouse associates during the second shift
• Coordinate key functions: shipping, receiving, picking, and packing
• Ensure timely and accurate processing of orders and inventory
• Uphold safety standards and maintain a clean, organized work environment
• Provide training to new team members and coach existing staff
• Assist in resolving operational issues and communicate effectively with management

Qualifications

• 2+ years of warehouse or logistics experience (leadership experience preferred)
• Ability to operate warehouse equipment (forklifts, order pickers, turret trucks)
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
• Solid understanding of safety and quality procedures
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Flexible and dependable, with a strong work ethic
