We’re partnering with a growing SaaS company that serves the insurance industry, looking to hire an Appointment Setter in Clinton Township, MI.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys being on the phone, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is motivated by clear goals. What You’ll Do - Make outbound calls to insurance agents' clients to schedule appointments.
- Use a CRM system to track calls, progress, and outcomes.
- Maintain a professional, upbeat phone presence with every interaction.
- Hit daily and weekly goals for calls and appointments.
What We’re Looking For - At least 1 year of experience in call center, telemarketing, or sales support.
- A confident, professional phone voice and presence .
- Strong communication, organization, and follow-up skills.
- Comfort working with CRM or call-tracking systems.
