**Summary:**
The Assistant Nurse Manager (Supervisor) is proficient in the care of a patient population utilizing effective management skills. Supports the Nurse Manager in a supervisory capacity while managing team member and patient care issues, ongoing team member performance appraisal and the hiring, counseling and terminating process. Acts as a role model for other team members and the communication of organizational information. Performs other duties as assigned. Required Experience includes 2 years RN Acute, Post-Acute, or Sub-Acute experience. Preferred experience includes 1 year of Leadership experience.

**This position requires a minimum of 2 years of RN experience. For consideration for this position, we strongly prefer at least 2 years of Operating Room experience as an RN and 1 year of Leadership experience.**
