The firm is currently seeking an experienced Corporate Transactional Attorney with a minimum of 3 years of experience advising commercial clients on corporate transactions, mergers and acquisitions, business planning, corporate governance, real estate, and finance .

This role offers frequent client interaction and collaboration with executives and fellow attorneys, requiring strong communication, drafting, and negotiation skills. Candidates should be team-oriented, confident in client relations, and experienced in law firm environments.

Responsibilities include:

• Advising clients on corporate transactions and governance
• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating complex business agreements
• Regular interaction with corporate clients and legal teams

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of relevant transactional experience
• Strong drafting and communication skills
• Active Texas Bar membership (or ability to waive in)

Compensation & Benefits:

• Competitive salary: $120,000 – $165,000+ DOE
