Smallcakes East Cobb in Marietta, GA is looking for one baker to join our 8 person strong team. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, motivated, and engaged.
Responsibilities
- Weigh and measure ingredients
- Mix and blend batters
- Ice, glaze, and decorate baked goods
- Clean and sanitize workstation and equipment
- Follow cake and ice cream recipes.
- Decorate cakes/cupcakes to Smallcakes specifications.
- Maintain a clean baking environment.
- Ensure quality control for all products.
- Following sanitation and safety guidelines.
- Assisting in cleaning duties.
- Assisting in other duties, as assigned.
Qualifications
- Attention to detail in all aspects of baking
- Dedicated to working as a team towards one goal
- Previous work or baking experience in a bakery setting
- Ability to decorate cakes and cupcakes
- Exhibit a passion for serving people
- ServSafe training and/or certification
