Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) – Virginia Beach, VA

Full-Time | In-Clinic | $85,000–$105,000 per year (based on experience + incentives)

Autism Center of Excellence is seeking a BCBA to join our Virginia Beach clinic. This role is ideal for a clinician who thrives in a supportive, structured environment and values making a meaningful impact on the lives of children and families.

We welcome both newly certified and experienced BCBAs.

Position Summary

  • Location: Virginia Beach, VA
  • Setting: 100% in-clinic
  • Schedule: Monday–Friday
  • Employment Type: Full-time, Exempt
  • Compensation: $85,000–$105,000 per year

    (Includes base salary + performance incentives)

What You’ll Do

Clinical Responsibilities

  • Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Monitor client progress and update programming based on data trends
  • Supervise and mentor RBTs and Behavior Technicians
  • Lead caregiver training and maintain strong family communication
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with organizational and Medicaid/BACB standards
  • Participate in clinical meetings, case reviews, and team collaboration

QualificationsRequired

  • Active BCBA certification
  • Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or a related field
  • Eligible for or currently holding Virginia LBA
  • Strong communication, professionalism, and clinical reasoning skills

Preferred

  • 1–3+ years of BCBA experience (not required—newly certified welcome)
  • Clinic-based ABA experience
