Happy Days Childcare in Merrillville, IN is looking for one childcare center director to join our 15-person strong team. We are located on 6111 Harrison Street Suite 145. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, motivated, and reliable.

Responsibilities

• Managing staff and overall operations of the program, maintaining quality care of the children, conducting staff and parent meetings, maintaining enrollment, planning events and fundraisers, overseeing food program, maintaining accounts, and following state and company guidelines.

Qualifications

Associate degree in Childcare

Experience working with children in a Center environment
