We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and proactive
Communications Coordinator to join our team in Santa Ana, CA. This role will support the planning and execution of internal and external communication strategies. The ideal candidate will have excellent writing skills, strong organizational abilities, and a passion for creating effective and cohesive messaging across all platforms.
Key Responsibilities Responsibilities
Develop and coordinate internal and external communication materials
Draft, edit, and proofread press releases, newsletters, reports, and official correspondence
Ensure consistency in tone, branding, and messaging across all communications
Collaborate with departments to gather and distribute key company updates
Organize communication campaigns and measure their success
Monitor media coverage and prepare reports on communication performance
Support in the preparation of presentations and briefing materials for leadership
Maintain and update content calendars and project timelines
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field
2+ years of experience in a communications, PR, or coordination role
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
