We’re looking for Community Outreach Representatives to join our growing team and support impactful nonprofit causes through direct, face-to-face engagement across the Fresno area .
In this entry-level outreach role , you’ll be the public face of respected nonprofit organizations—educating, inspiring, and mobilizing the community around meaningful missions. Key Responsibilities:
- Represent nonprofit partners at community events, outreach sites , and public spaces
- Engage with the public through one-on-one conversations to raise awareness and encourage support
- Clearly and enthusiastically communicate nonprofit missions, values, and initiatives
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily fundraising and outreach goals
- Help manage outreach displays, branded materials, and event setup/teardown
- Track community interactions and gather feedback to help improve future campaigns
- Participate in team meetings and training on communication, leadership , and advocacy strategies

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable, punctual, and eager to learn
- High school diploma or equivalent (some college is a plus)
- Must be 18+ and legally eligible to work in the U.S.
- No experience required — paid training provided!
