We are seeking a skilled Project Manager 2 to lead small to medium-sized construction and renovation projects across East, Central, and West regions, supporting facility upgrades and equipment replacement (flooring, lighting, painting, MEP systems). This hybrid role involves managing schedules, budgets, resources, and risks to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery with high-quality workmanship meeting regulatory standards. The PM will develop vendor relationships, oversee Agile PLM (Oracle-based) document management, and ensure compliance with documentation requirements. Strong communication, budgeting, and construction background are essential.
Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end project management for facility renovations and equipment upgrades.
Develop project/program plans, track costs, schedules, risks, and changes.
Collaborate cross-functionally, providing technical leadership and presentations.
Manage vendor performance, contracts, and regulatory documentation.
Ensure stakeholder satisfaction across 43 regional pharmacy facilities.
Qualifications:
BS/BA in related discipline; advanced degree preferred.
3 5+ years in project management; minimum 3 years in construction projects.
Proficiency in MS Office, Adobe Acrobat, MS Project; AutoCAD preferred.
Experience with budgeting techniques and Agile PLM software (nice-to-have).
Strong organizational, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
Willingness to travel 30 40% with standard 8 5 schedule; occasional weekends.
