Job Description

Our client is looking for a Corporate Attorney with 1-3 years of experience to join their Corporate M&A Practice Group. This role will work closely with Private Equity Firms and Family Offices.

What are the minimum requirements?

• 1-3 years of experience as a corporate attorney, including experience in securities matters, private fund formations,?or mergers and acquisitions
• Excellent analytical and interpersonal skills
• Excellent attention to detail and proofreading skills
• Large law firm or sophisticated boutique experience preferred

Location: Hybrid onsite in Nashville, TN - we're looking for strong JD graduates and/or 1st, 2nd, or 3rd year associates ready to move.

Compensation: $175,000 Base Salary + Bonus (20% of collections 2x salary)

Billable Requirements: 1,500 annual minimum.
