We are seeking a motivated and ambitious Entry-Level Sales Representative to join our team in New Orleans. Responsibilities
Learn and understand our staffing services and solutions
Reach out to potential clients through calls, emails, and networking
Assist in presenting and promoting company offerings to clients
Build relationships with clients and provide excellent customer support
Achieve weekly and monthly sales goals
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities
Participate in training sessions to improve product knowledge and sales skills
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Self-motivated with a willingness to learn
Excellent interpersonal and organizational abilities
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
