Key Responsibilities
Draft wills, trusts, and estate planning documents tailored to clients' needs.
Oversee the execution of estate planning documents to ensure compliance.
Advise clients on asset protection, tax strategies, and wealth transfer.
Assist with probate administration and estate litigation cases.
Handle guardianship and conservatorship matters as needed.
Conduct legal research and provide expert analysis on estate-related topics.
Maintain strict confidentiality regarding client and firm matters.
What We're Looking For
Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
Active NY State Bar License
At least 2 years of experience in estate planning and probate law
Strong expertise in wills, trusts, and guardianship
Excellent research, analytical, and communication skills
Ability to work independently in a remote setting
Client-focused approach with strong organizational abilities
