Job Description
We're looking for a dedicated and motivated Estate Planning Attorney to join our team and collaborate with our Tax and Wealth Management professionals. In this remote role, you'll work directly with clients, along with their financial advisors, tax attorneys, CPAs, accountants, and healthcare agents, helping them navigate their estate planning needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with a team of experienced professionals to provide comprehensive estate planning solutions.
Engage in creative problem-solving with support from experienced team members.
Draft and review legal documents related to estate planning—use existing templates or create your own.
Lead client meetings, offering guidance and leadership to both clients and internal team members.
Stay current with the latest state laws affecting estate planning.
Opportunity to collaborate with other law firms and expand your practice through our established network.

Requirements:
Attorneys at the entry-level are welcome to apply (must be licensed in your state).
Annual compensation: $100,000 - $150,000, with uncapped earning potential.
Enjoy an established book of business: over 100 households, with client assets ranging from $1 million to $10 million.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Creative, innovative, and eager to contribute new ideas.
Ability to follow a proven system for presentations and client interactions.
Strong leadership skills to manage and guide both clients and teams.
Good time management and organizational skills to meet key performance indicators.
Collaborative spirit, with the ability to integrate advice from tax, business, and financial advisors to create tailored strategies.
Must be licensed in your state.
