We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Estate Planning Attorney to join our team and help guide our clients through their legal needs with professionalism, care, and expertise. What You'll Do:
Supervise the execution of wills and related estate planning documents.
Perform administrative duties related to legal practice.
Provide expert advice on estate planning, wills, trusts, and related matters.
Work closely with clients to understand their needs and ensure their legal documents are clear and compliant.
What We're Looking For:
At least 3 years of experience as a practicing attorney.
In-depth knowledge of Wills and Estate Laws, including Trusts and Estate planning.
Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
A customer-service-driven mindset with a focus on delivering personalized legal assistance.
A keen ability to actively listen, ask the right questions, and provide thoughtful, sound legal advice based on current law and precedents.
A commitment to maintaining confidentiality in all client and firm matters.
