As an Event Technician , you’ll be the engine behind our unforgettable events. This is a hands-on role responsible for the setup, operation, troubleshooting, and breakdown of interactive equipment at events across the country. You’ll also manage equipment at our Los Angeles warehouse and VR arcade, making sure everything is prepped, organized, and working flawlessly.
You’ll be the face of Los Virtuality on-site—interacting with clients, leading the event setup, and making sure everything runs without a hitch.
Deliver, set up, operate, and break down entertainment equipment such as VR systems, PCs, Racing simulators, Golf Simulators, Sport Simulators, LED dance floors, and more.
Manage and maintain event and VR arcade gear to ensure everything functions correctly.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during setup or live events.
Analyze event requirements and develop an action plan, including risk management strategies.
Prepare equipment for events, including packing, loading, and unloading.
Keep the warehouse organized and oversee gear inventory and readiness.
Interact with clients and guests, creating a positive and engaging experience.
Solve problems on the fly and adapt to unexpected situations with calm and professionalism.
