This role supports the planning, coordination, and execution of corporate and client-focused events. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, communicative, and enthusiastic about creating seamless experiences from start to finish.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the planning and execution of events, including meetings, conferences, and promotional activities

  • Coordinate with vendors, venues, and internal teams to ensure event logistics are handled efficiently

  • Prepare event materials, timelines, and checklists

  • Monitor event budgets and process invoices

  • Support onsite event setup, registration, and troubleshooting

  • Maintain post-event reporting and feedback for future improvements

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Communications, Marketing, or a related field

  • 1+ year of experience in event planning, coordination, or a related administrative role

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills

  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities
