Golf Cart Attendant
Golf course in Sugar Land, Texas is looking for a Golf Cart Attendant.
Position Overview:
Plays a key role in delivering exceptional service to golf members and guests. Their primary responsibility is managing and handling golf bags, practice facilities, carts, and related equipment, ensuring a smooth experience for members and guests from arrival to departure.
Essential Responsibilities:
• Golf Bag Handling:
o Retrieve, store, and organize golf bags in the bag room.
o Load and unload bags from members’ cars or carts.
o Ensure bags are clean and in good condition.
• Cart Management:
o Prepare and stage golf carts with necessary supplies (e.g., scorecards, tees, towels).
o Clean carts before and after use.
o Perform routine checks on carts (battery, tires, brakes).
• Customer Service:
o Greet members and guests with a smile.
o Offer assistance with clubs, directions, or course information.
o Build rapport and remember member preferences when possible.
• Golf Course Support:
o Set up and break down practice range (balls, baskets, mats).
o Maintain a tidy and organized staging area and bag room.
o Assist with tournament preparation and cleanup.
• Communication:
o Coordinate with Golf Professionals and Pro Shop Staff.
o Communicate any issues with bags, equipment, or carts.
Compensation:
$9.00 – $10.00 per hour.
