Specific Duties: Perform general housekeeping tasks: tidying rooms, dishes, laundry, basic cleaning Develop weekly meal plans based on Autumn's dietary macros for the family (3 meals/day) Create grocery lists, handle grocery pickups Run errands as needed (e. g., mailing packages, picking up supplies) Organize and file household mail and paperwork Manage minor home maintenance tasks or coordinate with service providers Hire and manage housekeeping for twice-monthly deep cleans Oversee yard maintenance (coordinate service providers or handle light upkeep) Preferred Qualities: Detail-oriented and organized Proactive, reliable, and self-motivated Friendly, calm, and professional demeanor Comfortable in a household with teenagers and a dog Good communication skills Looking for M/W/F help, but specific hours are negotiable.
