Job Description
The Housekeeping Manager at Hampton Inn Boston-Natick is responsible for overseeing and managing the housekeeping staff to ensure that all guest rooms and public areas are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the work of housekeeping staff
- Inspect guest rooms and public areas to ensure cleanliness
- Train new employees and provide ongoing training for existing staff
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies
- Develop and implement cleaning procedures to maintain high standards
Requirements:
- Prior experience in housekeeping or related field
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Attention to detail
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and equipment
