Install HVAC Systems : Rough-in to start-up on residential new builds (and occasionally commercial).
Lead Projects : Own installs and set the standard for craftsmanship.
Mentor Apprentices : Share your knowledge and build the next generation of installers.
Adapt & Solve : Tackle challenges with flexibility and precision.
Collaborate : Work with clients, team members, and builders to deliver results you can be proud of.
Minimum 2 years of residential or commercial HVAC install experience (3–5 preferred ).
Leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
Ability to work across Residential NC, Commercial NC, and Retrofit/AOR.
Universal EPA & OSHA 30 (required).
Strong communication + project management skills.
Able to lift 75 lbs, valid MT driver’s license, clean record.
Authorized to work in the U.S.
