We’re currently hiring Junior Marketing Associates to support our event execution, client promotions, and branding efforts. This is a hands-on, entry-level role designed to lead into future event management and client relations opportunities .
Work directly with the Operations Manager to plan and execute outreach campaigns and nonprofit events
Assist with event setup, breakdown, and logistics , ensuring smooth execution
Represent nonprofit clients with professionalism, providing customer service and building donor relationships
Learn and apply best practices in event planning, branding, and public speaking
Support the marketing team with administrative coordination and project support
Help analyze campaign performance and improve engagement strategies
The fundamentals of event marketing, nonprofit promotions , and campaign management
Public speaking, product messaging, and on-site customer engagement
Tools for client retention, team collaboration, and leadership development
Strategies for converting brand awareness into measurable impact
How to grow into an Event Manager role with direct client responsibilities
1–2 years of customer service, retail, or event experience preferred (not required)
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, PR, Communications, or related field is a plus
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to stay organized and perform under pressure in fast-paced environments
Eager to learn, take initiative, and grow within a team
Positive attitude, coachable mindset , and professional appearance
Must be 18+ and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
