Job Description

We are looking for our next great Cook/Back of House Team Member!

As a Back of House Team Member, you will support the kitchen team, assemble food & drink orders quickly and accurately, and ensure each guest leaves with a smile. We are looking for friendly, enthusiastic people who enjoy serving customers. We will teach you everything else you need to know! Team Members will conduct themselves in a positive attitude and truthful character, demonstrating respect to all they come into contact with.

Back of House Team Member Responsibilities:

  • Follow Food Safety and Cleanliness Guidelines 
  • Maintain and uphold Chick-fil-A's Food Quality and Food Safety Requirements all day, and every day
  • Honor and encourage others to follow the vision and values of the Restaurant (Stewardship, Hustle, & Excellence)
  • Multi-task quickly, yet thoroughly
  • Be team-oriented, adaptable, dependable, and have a strong work ethic
  • Work on their feet for several hours at a time
  • Communicate effectively with guests and Team Members
  • Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code at all times
  • Consistency and reliability
  • Cheerful and positive attitude

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Must be at least 16 years of age upon start date
  • Must be eligible to work in the United States
  • Must have a reliable means of transportation
  • Must be able to to work on their feet for several hours at a time
  • Loves serving and helping others
  • Customer service oriented
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Detail-oriented
  • Reading, writing, and basic math and verbal communication skills required
  • Have the ability to lift and carry 20-30 lbs on a regular basis
  • Must work well under pressure
  • Must be available on a variety of weekdays, and on both Friday and Saturday.
