About the Family:
A loving mom in New Carrollton, MD is seeking a kind, flexible, and open-hearted nanny to support her three children—ages 14, 13, and 8. This family values warmth, inclusivity, and affirming care. Mom works an unpredictable schedule and is looking for someone she can rely on for school and activity transport, occasional overnights, and possibly even future travel with family. This is a great opportunity for a sitter who is adaptable, welcoming, and truly loves working with kids.
Responsibilities:
- Morning school/camp drop-offs
- Afternoon/evening pickups and activity transportation
- Occasional overnight care (future possibility)
- Flexibile availability with weekly schedule coordination with the parent
- Engagement/support with children
Qualifications:
- Reliable vehicle and clean driving record
- Flexible schedule; comfortable with week-to-week changes
- Spanish speaker a plus
- Open to travel (domestic and international) a plus
- Additional Information: $25/hour compensation
- Will only need care for 2–3 weeks/month — sitter only needed during those times
- Start date: ideally June 2 or sooner if available
- Family will be on vacation August 19–24 and won’t need coverage during that time
Schedule Notes:
- 7:30–9:30 AM and 4:00–7:00 or 4:00–10:00 PM
- 3–4 weekdays/week (Monday–Friday), days vary weekly
- Flexibility needed; schedule shared at least one week in advance
- Summer care dates include: June 1–13 June 27–July 11 July 25–August 8 August 25–September 5
