This is an in-person lab position:
Project Details: We are seeking a Wireless Engineer to join our Customer Provided Equipment Wi-Fi Development team in the Englewood, CO office. Ideally we are looking for a skilled, Wi-Fi Network Engineer with experience creating repeatable test cases and someone who is motivated to help us improve processes and create best standards within our lab.
Looking for Engineers to help with testing modems and routers in a lab environment, analyzing test results against requirements, troubleshooting issues as they arise, and engaging with vendors for remediation.

Technical Skills :
- 2-3+ years of Network Engineering experience, or related experience working with hardware in a lab/testing environment
- DOCSIS/DPOE/ONU based network experience
- Optical fiber basic principles
- WiFi - 802.11 standard
- Intermediate knowledge of related industry specifications and standards IEEE, ANSI, EPON, Physical Media (Multimode Fiber, Singlemode Fiber, UTP, etc.), bridging, switching, routing, ethernet and transport technologies and protocols.
- Experienced with testing equipment and test methodologies
- Basic Knowledge in Test automation and End to End testing.
- Knowledge of DPOE network Testing, TR-069, CPE device Performance testing.
- Strong Troubleshooting skills (logic, flow, and attention to detail)
- Experience with Linux and/or Command Line functions
Nice To Have Skills:
- Experience working with any MSO, Chipset Provider or DOCSIS/ONU Vendors
- Certification: CCNA/CCNP
- Industry and vendor specific certifications and training (Cisco, Juniper, Alcatel-Lucent, etc.) are a plus.
- Python (for assistance in handover to automation team, ad-hoc proof of concept scripts)
