Salary: Up to $130,000 annually + sign-on bonus and relocation assistance (case by case)

Your Role as a Surgical Oncology Manager

As the Surgical Oncology Manager , you’ll ensure exceptional patient care and operational excellence across two clinics. Here’s what you’ll do:

  • Oversee daily operations and staffing for a 15-bed oncology unit, serving 30+ patients daily.
  • Lead a team delivering advanced treatments, including chemotherapy and robotic-assisted surgeries.
  • Implement evidence-based practices to enhance patient safety, streamline workflows, and improve outcomes.
  • Ensure compliance with all policies, procedures, and regulatory standards, including equipment maintenance and accreditation requirements.
  • Manage admissions, discharges, and interdisciplinary coordination to maintain efficient throughput.
  • Mentor and develop your team, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Drive initiatives to elevate patient satisfaction and differentiate the organization as a leader in oncology care.

Who We’re Looking For

To succeed in this role, you’ll need:

  • Experience: 1+ year of healthcare leadership experience, preferably in oncology or surgical services.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in nursing (BSN) required; Master’s degree preferred.
  • Certifications: Current RN license in Texas, BLS, and Oncology Chemo Certificate required.
  • Skills: Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
