Operate flatbed trucks to transport freight safely and efficiently across long distances.
Ensure all loads are properly secured and comply with safety regulations.
Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure safety and compliance.
Maintain accurate logs of driving hours, mileage, and fuel consumption.
Communicate effectively with dispatchers and customers regarding delivery schedules and any potential issues.
Adhere to all federal, state, and local traffic laws and regulations.
Assist with loading and unloading cargo as needed.
Provide excellent customer service while representing the company on the road.

Valid CDL Class A license with a clean driving record.
Minimum of 2 years of experience as a flatbed driver preferred.
Strong knowledge of DOT regulations and safety standards.
Ability to lift heavy loads and perform physical tasks associated with loading and unloading.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
Willingness to travel and work flexible hours, including weekends.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications are a plus.

Pay - 22% of load
