Schedule: Full-Time | Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM (No weekends)
Compensation:
Hourly Rate: $60 – $80/hr (based on experience)
Sign-On Bonus: $20,000 (with 2-year commitment, paid in installments)

We are seeking an experienced Advanced Clinical Pharmacist specializing in Bone Marrow Transplant (BMT), CAR-T, or Cellular Therapy to join a collaborative and innovative pharmacy team. This role provides comprehensive clinical pharmacy services to patients undergoing complex cancer treatments, including anti-neoplastic and immunomodulatory therapies. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary care team and play a vital role in optimizing outcomes for transplant and cellular therapy patients.
Collaborate with physicians and nurses to design and monitor medication therapies for BMT and oncology patients
Oversee safe and effective medication use, including verifying orders and supervising pharmacy techs
Educate providers and staff on drug protocols and participate in organization-wide quality initiatives
Engage in multidisciplinary rounds and provide pharmacokinetic/therapeutic consultations
Support general clinical pharmacy operations as needed
Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) required
Florida Pharmacist License required (or ability to obtain)
Board Certification in Oncology Pharmacy (BCOP) strongly preferred
Recent experience (within last year) in an acute care hospital setting
Must have direct experience with BMT, CAR-T, or Cellular Therapy
PGY-2 Residency in Oncology or relevant clinical practice experience preferred
