JD :

Provide technical support to customers and internal teams for Data integration & Visualization platforms(Hadoop/Cloudera Admin with some knowledge / experience on Snowflake / AWS Admin activities etc).
Investigate and troubleshoot software issues reported by users, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions.
Collaborate with developers and QA teams to test and validate software fixes and enhancements.
Create and maintain documentation related to application support processes, known issues, and resolutions.
Debug application code to resolve the issue or share workaround
Document all resolutions into SOP/KEDB
Work on Problem management and root cause analysis of recurring tickets
Participate in on-call rotations to address urgent issues outside regular business hours.
Proactively identify areas for improvement in application performance, reliability, and user experience.
