Preschool Aide

Trinity Christian Academy is seeking part time applicants for the position of Preschool Aide for the 2026-2027 school year. A preschool aide is a vital member of the early childhood education team. This role involves providing support to the lead teacher and helping create a safe engaging and educational environment for young children. Heres an overview of the responsibilities and qualifications associated with this position:

Qualifications:

• Evidence of an authentic and active Christian walk
• Proficiency in early learning
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong ability to multitask and follow directions

Requirements:

• GED/High School diploma
• Willingness to complete the DCF online training-starting within 90 days of hire
• First Aid/CPR training
• Background screening
• Willingness to care for children under the teachers direction and supervision

Job Description:

Experience working with younger students is a plus. We are looking for a staff member who understands the ministry of Christian Education works well with a team of teachers and willing to continue their educational growth.
