Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Production Assistant to join our dynamic team. In this entry-level position, you will play a crucial role in supporting the production process across various projects. As a Production Assistant, you will work closely with producers, directors, and other crew members, assisting in the coordination of all production-related activities.
Key Responsibilities - Assist with the setup and breakdown of production equipment and sets.
- Coordinate logistics, including transportation and scheduling of crew and equipment.
- Manage inventory and distribution of production supplies.
- Support the cast and crew with their needs on set during filming.
- Document production progress by taking notes and capturing photos when required.
- Help in organizing and archiving production materials and documents.
Qualifications - A high school diploma or equivalent; a degree in film, media, or related field is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, often high-pressure environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of production equipment is preferred but not required.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
