Your Main Adventures:
- Navigating Production Efforts: Chart the course for production groups, manage schedules and resources efficiently, and take on production obstacles as they come.
- Championing Team Success: Instill growth in your team by managing workloads, approving overtime, and rotating workforce as required, while keeping morale and productivity high.

Qualifications and Skills:
- Hold a BS Degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
- Minimum 5 years of supervisory experience in production, especially in the CM EMS industry.
- Three years or more of SMT manufacturing from the ground up.
- Experience setting up and managing production runs, with technical mastery of SMT machinery.
