The Revenue Cycle Analyst is responsible for analyzing financial and operational data to improve revenue cycle performance, ensure compliance, and enhance vendor management strategies. This role requires strong SQL skills to extract and manipulate data from various systems, providing insights that drive decision-making.

Experience: Minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience in revenue cycle management, healthcare billing, vendor management, or financial analysis required. Experience with electronic health record systems (e.g., Cerner, Epic) and auditing hospital charging/patient records preferred.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Finance, Information Technology/Analytics, or a related field required.
Licenses / Certifications: N/A
Other: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in Excel, reporting tools, and data visualization software.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to engage with internal teams and external vendors.
Understanding of healthcare billing, reimbursement methodologies, and revenue cycle best practices.
