Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Pennsylvania (PA)
Any of the following valid licenses/certifications:
American Heart Association Basic Life Support (AHA BLS)
American Heart Association Advanced Cardiac Life Support (AHA ACLS)
Valid Driver's License, reliable mode of transportation, and auto insurance
Willingness to travel locally as required for the position

Our Award Winning Client is currently seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join their growing Home Health team based in Monongahela, PA . This role focuses on delivering quality care directly to patients in their homes, ensuring comfort, dignity, and safety. The position provides excellent training, flexibility, and strong earning potential through a Pay-Per-Visit structure with guaranteed income during the onboarding period.
1+ year of professional RN experience (Home Health preferred)
Active RN license in Pennsylvania
BLS and CPR Certification (support for certification provided if not currently held)
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Ability to work independently and efficiently manage travel and visits
Schedule: Full-time | Monday – Friday
Flexibility: Flexible scheduling, no long shifts, and only minimal weekend shifts per year
Training: Comprehensive 6-week RN onboarding program
Travel: Local travel required (Travel reimbursement provided)

Compensation:
Guaranteed $3,000 per pay period stipend during initial 6-month orientation
Pay-Per-Visit structure after orientation (see rate chart for visit breakdowns)
$15,000 Sign-On Bonus (paid out quarterly over the first year)
$1,000 quarterly Outcome-Based Bonus
