- WORK ARRANGEMENT :
- 100% Remote from within Wisconsin.
- The candidate must be a current resident of Wisconsin,
REQUIRED SKILLS: (Need Majority; 3+ Years)
- 3+ years' experience as a Salesforce administrator or developer in a production environment
- 3+ years' experience in business analysis including:
- Eliciting requirements
- Documenting processes
- Business case development
- Impact measurement
- Change management leadership
- Experience designing and implementing technology solutions
- Certification(s) in Salesforce (Administrator, Developer, or Architect)
NICE TO HAVE SKILLS:
- Experience implementing and supporting Blackthorn Events
- Technical support experience
- Training development and facilitation experience
- Additional Salesforce certifications (Business Analyst, Platform App Builder)
- Experience with Informatica, Design Thinking, or equivalent methodologies
- Experience in higher education
- Familiarity with Salesforce Education Data Architecture (EDA)
Key Responsibilities:
- Configure and deploy Salesforce solutions, including Blackthorn Events.
- Conduct detailed business analysis and document findings.
- Provide technical support and guidance to end users.
- Collaborate with the team to follow development and governance best practices.
- Lead or support training and change management activities.
