Job Description:

Scrum master certification with 12+ years of experience.
Partner with stakeholders to ensure team engagements are in place and roles / responsibilities are clear for the team. Coach and guide team towards the agreed ' way of working'. Develop shared sense of ownership and commitment.
Good understanding of Agile values and scrum events, tools, metrics and artifacts
Establish standards and templates for quality of requirements and outcomes.
Collaborate with stakeholders for Continuous planning including capacity and release planning.
Partner with product for backlog management and Epic/story definition.
Effective facilitation of scrum ceremonies.
Manage release planning and dependencies
Manage and provide oversight of JIRA hygiene
