Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced Business Analyst to support enterprise-level initiatives and guide the delivery of large-scale application solutions. This hybrid role requires strong collaboration across technical and business teams, with an emphasis on translating business processes into actionable technical requirements. Candidates must be available for in-person interviews and on-site work as scheduled.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with business stakeholders, developers, architects, and project leaders to align requirements with technical solutions.
- Lead discussions to translate complex technical concepts into clear business language for non-technical audiences.
- Review and validate technical designs and specifications for accuracy, completeness, and conformance to standards.
- Collaborate with development, QA, and infrastructure teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of projects.
- Analyze raw data, create process models, and provide insights that drive decision-making and solution design.
- Assess options to build custom applications, modernize legacy systems, or integrate third-party solutions based on business needs.
- Lead and mentor junior analysts, sharing best practices and supporting their professional growth.
Required Skills & Experience
- 15+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a related role, with a proven ability to bridge business and technical requirements.
- 10+ years working alongside architects and development teams to drive design and implementation of enterprise applications.
- Expertise in responsive application design and human-centered solutions.
- Strong understanding of Agile, Hybrid, and traditional SDLC methodologies.
- Proficiency with process modeling, data modeling, and business process mapping/re-engineering tools.
- Familiarity with IT infrastructure, APIs, middleware, cloud platforms, and enterprise integrations.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to operate under pressure.
