We are looking for a talented and experienced Trusts and Estates Attorney to join our growing team. As an attorney in this position, you'll be expected to bring your expertise to managing complex probate and trust administration cases, drafting key estate planning documents, and mentoring junior associates. Compensation: $180,000 - $200,000 annually
Key Responsibilities:
Draft estate planning documents with precision
Manage probate and trust administration cases from inception to completion
Supervise and mentor junior team members
Cultivate and manage client relationships
Assist with business development and strategic initiatives
Qualifications:
A minimum of five years of experience in estate planning and trust administration
A 4-year bachelor's degree and a 3-year law degree from an accredited law school
Admission to local and state bar associations
Strong trial experience and ability to manage a busy caseload independently
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong time management and interpersonal skills
A collaborative spirit with a commitment to mentoring and developing junior associates
