Job Description
Our client is looking for a recruiter who can recruit for: Fullstack, platform, and backend software engineers. This will eventually convert to full time. This role is full remote, but candidates must live in either San Francisco, Seattle, or New York.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of technical recruiting experience
- Must live in either: San Francisco, Seattle, or New York
- Experience recruiting for: Full-stack, platform, and backend software engineers
- Strong understanding of software development roles and technologies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools
- Ability to source candidates through various channels, including social media and professional networks
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with tech industry trends and job market dynamics
