Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Warehouse Worker in Fort Meyers Florida with $20/hr pay for a 2-month contract duration, temp to hire opportunity. Yo u will play a key role in supporting daily warehouse operations. This position involves a variety of tasks including handling materials, organizing shipments, maintaining a clean and safe work environment, and working closely with other team members to ensure smooth and efficient workflow. It’s a hands-on, fast-paced role suited for individuals who are reliable, adaptable, and comfortable with physical tasks and warehouse tools. Requires 2–3 years of experience in a warehouse, can operate forklift and comfortable using SAP, Microsoft Office, and Outlook for basic reporting and tracking – APPLY NOW!

 

2nd Shift Schedule, 1PM - 9PM

Responsibilities :

• Maneuver safely and organize pallets of full goods in the warehouse
• Load pallets onto third-party trailers with precision and care
• Receive incoming orders from other facilities and process them accurately
• Keep the warehouse and forklifts clean, safe, and in good working order
• Maintain detailed logs, support dock scheduling, and ensure all shipments go out smoothly and on time
• Work collaboratively with team members and other departments to resolve issues and improve workflow
• Operate with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks
• Perform general warehouse duties and support other areas as needed

Qualifications:

• 2–3 years of experience in a warehouse or similar environment
• Confident operating a forklift (certification a plus)
• Comfortable using SAP, Microsoft Office, and Outlook for basic reporting and tracking
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work both independently and in a team
• Flexibility to work overtime and assist with shift coverage as needed
• A positive, can-do attitude and the ability to adapt quickly in a fast-moving environment
